Zuka Wilderness Run | 2026

The 2026 New Planet Solar Zuka Run takes place from Friday, 21 August to Sunday, 23 August 2026 at Zuka Private Game Reserve in Zululand, KwaZulu-Natal. 🏃‍♂️🌿

Set in the heart of Big 5 wilderness, this two-day trail running experience offers runners and walkers a unique chance to explore wild trails in one of KwaZulu-Natal’s most memorable private game reserve settings. 👟

Participants can choose between the Epic and Scenic course options. The Epic route includes 20km on Day 1 and 17km on Day 2, while the Scenic route includes 8km on Day 1 and 7km on Day 2, with walkers welcome on the Scenic option. 🎖️

More than just a trail run, the Zuka Run weekend includes wilderness trails, evening game drives, bush yoga, live music, brunches, dinners, and accommodation options at or near Bayala Private Safari Lodge. Non-runners and supporters are also welcome, making it a full weekend bush experience. 🌄
