SPAR Women's Challenge Maritzburg | 2026

The 2026 SPAR Women’s Challenge Maritzburg takes place on Sunday, 23 August 2026, starting at 08h00 on Princess Margaret Drive and finishing at The Oval Cricket Stadium in Alexandra Park, Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.

This iconic women’s running and walking event offers participants a choice of 10km and 5km out-and-back routes, making it suitable for competitive runners, social runners, walkers, families, beginners, and supporters.

The event is limited to 4,000 entries, with all finishers receiving a T-shirt, goodie bag, and medal. Female entrants will also stand a chance to win lucky draw prizes, adding to the festive and rewarding race-day atmosphere.
