About UWC Fast and Flat | 2026
23rd May 26 - Capetown
Runners can choose to participate in the 10km Run or 6km Fun Run held at the University of the Western Cape Sports Stadium. Medals will be awarded to the first 1300 finishers of the 10km and first 500 finishers of the 6km
