Join one of Cape Town’s favourite trail-runs at the 29th Tokai Manor House Run 2025, taking place on Friday, 26 December 2025 starting at 06:30 AM (16 km) and 06:45 AM (8 km) from the venue at the Cape Academy of Maths, Science & Technology, corner of Firgrove & Spaanschemat Road, Tokai.
Help support the students with a donation of toiletries or a financial contribution when you enter.
Choose between a challenging 16 km run or a scenic 8 km fun run, both traversing tar, trail, and single track through the lush Tokai Greenbelts. Water refill stations will be available every ~4 km — participants must carry their own bottles.
