About The Pink Xtreme Trail Run | 2026
The CANSA Pink Xtreme Trail Run & Festival 2026 takes place on Saturday, 3 October 2026, at the beautiful Rhebokskloof Estate in Paarl, Western Cape. Celebrating its 11th edition, this popular charity trail running event brings together runners, walkers, families and corporate teams for a memorable day of outdoor adventure, community spirit and cancer awareness.
🌸 Taking place during Cancer Awareness Month, the CANSA Pink Xtreme offers participants an opportunity to make a difference while enjoying the spectacular Paarl Trails. With over R2 million raised for CANSA throughout the event's history, the Pink Xtreme continues to bring people together in support of those affected by cancer.

🔥 21km Trail Run

A challenging trail running adventure through the spectacular Paarl Trails network. Expect flowing singletrack, demanding climbs and breathtaking views across the surrounding mountains and vineyards.
🌿 10km Trail Run / Walk
- Entry Fee: R370
- Start Time: 07:45
A scenic route showcasing some of the beautiful sections of the Paarl Trails. Suitable for runners and walkers looking for an enjoyable outdoor challenge.
🌸 5km Fun Run / Walk
- Entry Fee: R320
- Start Time: 08:15
A family-friendly route through the beautiful surroundings of Rhebokskloof Estate. Perfect for recreational runners, walkers and families wanting to support a meaningful cause.
🤝 Corporate Team Challenge
- Entry Fee: R5,000 per team
- Team Size: 5 participants
- Start Time: 08:00
Gather your colleagues, dress in pink and take on the Corporate Team Challenge together. Corporate teams receive additional event merchandise, including a branded shirt featuring their company logo, subject to the artwork submission deadline.
