Cane Challenger – Important Race Information & Weekend Details  

Dear Cane Challenger Entrants,

Thank you for your fantastic support in making our *1st ever Cane Challenger* possible! We are really looking forward to welcoming you all this coming weekend.

*Registration*  

All registration will take place inside *Cycle Lab Cornubia*.  

Late entries are still available on both days:  

- *Saturday:* 9:00 am – 3:00 pm  

- *Sunday:* from 5:00 am  

*Parking*  

Please use the parking area at Cycle Lab. The race start will be directly in front of Thule and Cycle Lab.

*Finish Area*  

The finish line is located behind Cornubia Mall (approximately 400m from the parking area). You will be directed back through the mall to your vehicles and the chill area.

- 60 km – 06:45 (A Batch)  

- 40 km – 07:10 (A Batch)  

- 20 km – 07:30 (A Batch)

*Run*  

- 9 km – 06:40 am

Coffee and toasties will be available at the Cycle Lab coffee shop.( Half Way House) Several eateries at Cornubia Mall are also offering special discounts to all competitors. ( Wimpy / Fun Factory / Rocco M )

The Peschlsports Cane Challenger presented by Cycle Lab is a brand-new mountain bike race and trail run event launching on Sunday, 12 April 2026, at Cornubia Mall in KwaZulu-Natal's vibrant North Coast region.

Hosted in collaboration with Cycle Lab at the Cornubia Mall ! The action will take place on the Ethekwini Mountain Bike Association Trail network (EMBA) while leveraging the region's iconic sugarcane farms, lush forests, and well-maintained Single Track networks between Cornubia, uMdloti!
