The 2026 The Nguni Trail, also known as TNT, takes place on Sunday, 30 August 2026 at Bergrivier Eco Estate in Thornhill, Eastern Cape. 🏃‍♂️🌿

Organised by Big O Sports, this trail-running event offers 23km, 12km, and 5km race options, making it suitable for experienced trail runners, social runners, walkers, families, younger participants, dog-friendly runners, and outdoor adventurers. 👟

The 23km Trail Run starts at 07h15, giving runners the longest challenge of the morning. The 12km Trail Run starts at 07h45, while the 5km Trail Run starts at 08h00, offering a shorter and more accessible option for beginners, families, primary school participants, and relaxed trail runners. 🎖️

With varied terrain, race-day late entries, prize giving at 11h30, and the option to extend the weekend with camping at Bergrivier Eco Retreat, The Nguni Trail offers a lively Eastern Cape trail-running experience built around adventure, nature and community. 🔥
