The Makgobaskloof Plunge | 2026

The Makgobaskloof Plunge 2026 takes place on Saturday, 21 November 2026, starting from Plein Street in Haenertsburg, Limpopo. Organised by Rotary Haenertsburg, this established road running event offers four distances and a memorable race experience through one of Limpopo’s most scenic areas.

🌄 Runners can choose from the 42.2km Marathon, 21.1km Half Marathon, 10km Road Race and 5km Fun Run. With options for experienced marathoners, competitive runners and recreational athletes, the Makgobaskloof Plunge caters to a wide range of fitness levels.

🏅 Race Distances & Entry Fees

The minimum ages are 20 years for the marathon, 16 years for the half marathon, 14 years for the 10km and 9 years for the 5km. Temporary licences apply where required.
