Table Mountain BEAST | 2026

Push your limits at the 6th Edition of the Table Mountain BEAST, a trail running challenge like no other. Choose between 50km, 30km, or 16km of gnarly ascents, quad-busting descents, and spectacular scenery across Cape Town’s iconic Table Mountain. This is an unplugged, no-frills, all-thrills event for those who crave the wild side of running.

• 50km – 6:00am

• 30km – 7:00am

• 16km – 9:00am

🚗 Race Day Parking:

No parking at Forries on race day. Park at Newlands Forest and walk via the tunnel to Foresters Arms.

50km:

• Platteklip Gorge – 12:00pm

• Kloof Nek – 2:30pm

• Blockhouse – 4:30pm

30km: Platteklip Gorge – 12:00pm

Final Cut-Off: 5:00pm for all distances

🧢 Compulsory Gear:

Charged cellphone

Waterproof jacket

Food: bars, fruit, nuts, sandwich

Hydration: Minimum 1 litre to start
