Join the second edition of the Makulu Adventures Sunday RunDay Trail Event set in the scenic Morgenhof Wine Estate. This unforgettable trail experience offers breathtaking views, professionally marked routes, and something for every fitness level — from competitive athletes to casual walkers and families. Choose between The Race (officially timed and competitive 5km and 10km distances) or the No Rush Jog or Walk (timed for personal reference, available in 3km, 5km, and 10km). Whether you’re chasing the podium or enjoying nature at a relaxed pace, this event is designed to suit all participants. The event kicks off with staggered start times — 10km at 08:00 and 5km at 08:15 for race participants, while No Rush participants can start anytime between 07:00 and 08:45. All participants will receive medals, and official times will be posted on Timing.Mobi. Kids under 10 can join the No Rush option for free (pre-registration required). Expect well-marked trails, hydration aid stations on longer routes, a dedicated first aid area courtesy of Arrie Nel Pharmacy Group, and delicious food and drink options from Chokita Lounge. With limited entries capped at 200 participants, this is your chance to enjoy one of the Western Cape’s finest trail events in a supportive and scenic environment.
