This fun swimrun challenge is designed to test your speed, strength and versatility as you tackle alternating sections of swimming and running over a thrilling 3km lap course.
Swim in your shoes, run in your wetsuit - or go skins! With a mix of open water swimming and beach running, this short distance sprint format offers the perfect balance of variety and fun.
Whether you’re competing solo or as part of a team, enjoy the splash of sea water, the sand under your feet, and embrace the true spirit of SwimRun!
