The 2026 Gerald Fox Memorial Road Race takes place on Sunday, 12 July 2026, starting at 07h30 from multiple start locations depending on distance and finishing at the Johannesburg Zoo on Jan Smuts Avenue in Parkview, Johannesburg, Gauteng.

As Race 2 of 5 in the Vitality Run Series, this iconic Joburg road race gives runners the chance to earn Vitality points while taking part in one of the city’s well-loved running events.
