PrisonBreak Triathlon – Break Limits at Brandvlei Get ready for the most thrilling escape yet! Now in its third year, the FLUIDLINES PrisonBreak Triathlon takes place in the dramatic setting of Brandvlei Maximum Security Prison, just outside Worcester, surrounded by scenic mountains and a vast water expanse. Sanctioned by CTTA/TSA, this one-of-a-kind triathlon challenges athletes with multiple formats: Mini Escape (Sprint): 750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run Maxi Escape (Standard): 1500m swim, 40km bike, 10km run AquaBike: 1500m swim + 40km bike (no run) Gang Version (Team): Relay-style participation in either Mini or Maxi Escape All races are non-drafting, TT bikes welcome, and the bike leg is on tar suitable for road, TT, or MTB bikes. Whether racing solo or with your “gang,” you'll enjoy top-tier organization, generous prizes (R32,000 pool), finisher medals, t-shirts, and goody bags.
