The 2026 Mitchells Plain Titans AC Annual Road Race takes place on Saturday, 21 November 2026 at Rocklands Sports Field in Mitchells Plain, Cape Town, Western Cape. 🏃‍♂️🌿

Hosted by Mitchells Plain Titans AC, this annual road running event offers 21.1km, 10km, and 5km Fun Run options, making it suitable for half marathon runners, club athletes, licensed runners, junior athletes, social runners, walkers, wheelchair athletes, families and local supporters. 👟

The 21.1km Half-Marathon starts at 06h00, giving runners the main endurance challenge of the morning. The 10km Road Race starts at 06h30, while the 5km Fun Run / Walk starts at 07h30, offering a shorter and more accessible option for walkers, families, beginners and social participants. 🎖️

With prize money across the 21.1km and 10km categories, medals for the first 1,000 finishers in the 21.1km and 10km races, medals for the first 250 finishers in the 5km, lucky draw prizes, refreshments and snacks on race day, the Mitchells Plain Titans AC Annual Road Race offers a strong Cape Town community race-day experience. 🌄

Important Notes

• The race is run according to ASA and WPA rules
• Minimum age: 21.1km – 16 years
• Minimum age: 10km – 14 years
• Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult
• Licensed athletes must wear valid licence numbers on the front and back
• Temporary licensed runners must wear the race number on the front and temporary licence number on the back
• No personal seconding, except at official refreshment stations
• Headphones and music devices are not allowed
• Participants must not litter
• Tog bag facilities available at own risk
• Prize giving starts at 09h00
