Merrell Tsitsikamma MTB Race & Trail Run | 2026

The annual Merrell Tsitsikamma MTB Race & Trail Run, organised by Mountain Events, takes place at Sanddrif in the Eastern Cape on 6–7 September 2025. The weekend event offers mountain bikers and trail runners a thrilling test of skill and endurance—set against dramatic cliffs and Indian Ocean views. Saturday features trail running distances (6km, 12km, 19km and 30km); Sunday features mountain bike and e‑bike races (5km, 19km, 40km and 60km). The 60km and 40km MTB categories allow e‑bikes in separately designated entry groups. Minimum age requirements apply: riders must be 18+ for 60km, 16+ for 40km, and 12+ for 19km MTB; trail runners must be 18+ for 30km, 16+ for 19km, and 12+ for 12km.
