KloovX | 2026

The 2026 KloovX takes place on Saturday, 31 October 2026 at Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate in Riebeek Kasteel, Western Cape.

Hosted by Time2Train, in partnership with Kloovenburg Wine and Olive Estate, KloovX is an off-road hybrid fitness race that combines running and functional fitness in a high-energy team format. Teams of two will take on a race against the clock, completing repeated run sections and functional fitness stations in the heart of the Swartland. 👟

Each team will complete 7 x 700m runs and 7 functional fitness stations. The race format follows a clear sequence: Run 700m → Station 1 → Run 700m → Station 2, continuing until all seven stations are complete. Teams must complete the runs together, but may share the work at each functional fitness station. 🎖️

6. 80 Lunges (20/10kg)
7. 100 Wallballs

With 120 teams, KloovX is built for competitive athletes, training partners, fitness communities, supporters and families. After racing, participants can settle in at Kringe in ’n Bos for food, drinks and a proper post-race kuier. 🌄

Race Format

1. Team format: Teams of 2
2. Running: 7 x 700m runs
3. Stations: 7 functional fitness stations
4. Race flow: Run 700m → Functional station → repeat until all seven stations are complete
5. Runs: Teammates must run together
6. Stations: Teammates may share the work
7. Timing: Teams race against the clock

5. Teams will submit an estimated finish time or previous hybrid fitness race time when entering
6. Teams of similar ability will be grouped together where possible

Important Notes
