🏅 Race Distances & Course Information

🏊 1.9km Ocean Swim

The race begins opposite the iconic Santos Beach Pavilion, with athletes taking on a 1.9km open-water swim through Mossel Bay.

Swimmers follow the marked course towards De Bakke Beach before exiting the water and making their way into transition.

🚴 90km Cycling Leg

The cycling route takes athletes on a challenging single-loop, out-and-back journey through the scenic countryside surrounding Mossel Bay.

Riders travel along George Road and Louis Fourie Road towards Albertinia before heading onto the N2 and R327 towards the Gouritz River Valley.

Expect rolling hills, exposed sections and rewarding views of the surrounding Southern Cape landscape.

🏃 21.1km Half Marathon

The final leg takes athletes through some of Mossel Bay's most recognisable coastal and historic landmarks.

The multi-loop running route passes the harbour, historic town centre, Dias Museum Complex and The Point before finishing beneath the spectacular Cape St Blaize Lighthouse.
