IBL Interstate Spring Run | 2026

The 2026 IBL Interstate Spring Run takes place on Saturday, 22 August 2026, starting at 06h30 from Achilles Running Club, corner of Att Horak and Parfitt Avenue in Willows, Bloemfontein, Free State.
