The Hermanus Trail Run delivers a full weekend of mountain and coastal running, showcasing two of the region’s most iconic landscapes — the rugged trails of Fernkloof Nature Reserve and the pristine Walker Bay shoreline.

Day 1 – Fernkloof Nature Reserve
Mountain Trails | Fynbos | Ocean Views
Experience pure mountain magic as you tackle the spectacular trails of Fernkloof Nature Reserve. Expect flowing singletrack, technical climbs, panoramic views over Walker Bay, and classic fynbos-covered terrain.
Distances & Entry Fees

Both routes deliver a true mountain challenge while remaining achievable for runners with moderate trail experience.
Day 2 – Walker Bay Beach Run

Day two offers a completely different experience — a fast, fun coastal run along the Hermanus shoreline. Enjoy wide open beaches, fresh sea air, and smooth running underfoot as you cruise along Walker Bay.
