Sapphire Coast Marathon | 2025

The Sapphire Coast Marathon, hosted by the Amanzimtoti Athletic Club, is one of South Africa’s most scenic long-distance races, taking place along the spectacular Sapphire Coast in Durban. Start times are 05h30 for the 42.2km and 21.1km events, and 06h00 for the 10km.

Participants can choose from three distances:

10km (R220 early bird, R250 late entry, R90 temporary license)

21.1km (R260 early bird, R290 late entry, R110 temporary license)

42.2km (R400 early bird, R430 late entry – no temporary licenses accepted)

Early bird pricing is valid until 6 October 2025, and late entries close on 21 October 2025.
