About Gecko Rock Trail Run | 2026
Breede River DC
Part of the Montagu Winter Trail Running Series, the Gecko Rock Trail Run takes place on 10 August 2025 at Gecko Rock Private Nature Reserve near Montagu, Western Cape. Hosted by Makadas Adventures, the event offers scenic 6km fun, 10km trail, and a challenging 16km longer trail run through pristine Klein Karoo vegetation and game-rich valleys. Routes mix jeep track and single track with up to 353m ascent. All participants receive a medal; enter early to secure T‑shirts for series finishers.
