About Comrades Final Long Run
Get race-ready for Comrades with the Comrades Final Long Run, a relaxed, community-focused training run hosted at Hillcrest Villagers Athletics Club. This popular pre-Comrades event offers runners the chance to fine-tune pacing, nutrition, and confidence on well-supported routes through Hillcrest.
Designed as a fun run (non-ASA), the event welcomes runners of all levels with multiple distance options, on-route water tables, and a festive finish featuring food, drinks, and live music. Whether you’re tapering for race day or joining friends for the vibe, this is the perfect final long run before Comrades.
