The 2026 PSFA Blisters for Bread Charity Family Fun Run takes place on Sunday, 16 August 2026, starting at 07h30 from Stephen Way, Green Point, and finishing at Green Point Common Sports Ground in Cape Town, Western Cape. 🏃‍♂️🍞

Blisters for Bread, in association with Lucky Star, is more than just a walk or run. It is a powerful symbol of solidarity and a commitment to ensuring that no child goes to school hungry. 💙

Participants can choose between 10km and 5km distances, making the event suitable for runners, walkers, families, schools, social groups, corporate teams, and anyone wanting to support a meaningful cause. 👟
