About The Ireland West Airport Charity Runway Fun Run

Ireland West Airport, in partnership with Portwest, is thrilled to announce the 7th Annual Charity 5K Runway Fun Run, happening at 6:30 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024. This unique event offers participants the chance to run or walk on the airport's iconic runway. All proceeds benefit ACT for Meningitis, BUMBLEance, Down Syndrome Ireland (Mayo Branch), Irish Red Cross, Mayo Mountain Rescue, and Western Care Association. Participants will receive a free commemorative t-shirt, with options for in-person or virtual participation.
