Heading north to Athlone, then east through Kilbeggan, Kinnegad, and Maynooth, this route offers straightforward navigation and ample food stops in key towns. Despite passing through the Slieve Bloom mountains, it's renowned as the flattest 300 in the country, ideal for new Audax adventurers.
