Get ready for the 18th annual Carney 10K Road Race, returning on Easter Monday, April 1, 2024! This year's event offers both a challenging 10km route and a Half Marathon distance, making it the third-ever Half Marathon in Sligo. Both routes are AAI Measured and chip-timed, ensuring accuracy and precision for participants. The 10km course follows a looped route, while the Half Marathon takes runners towards Raghley Harbour and its scenic surrounds.
More than just a race, the Carney 10K and Half Marathon contribute to the community by raising essential funds for local organizations.
