The 2026 Winter Wine Walk @ Muratie, also listed as Wine Walk’26 @ Muratie, takes place on Monday, 10 August 2026 at Dirtopia Trail Centre, Muratie Wine Estate in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. 🚶‍♀️🍷

Hosted by Dirtpass / Dirtopia Trail Centre, this relaxed social hiking event offers an approximately 3.5–4km marked wine walk through the Muratie Wine Estate trails. Participants can enjoy vineyards, Winelands scenery, mountain views, and a wine tasting stop at the picnic look-out. 🌿

The walk starts from Dirtopia Trail Centre and follows the hiking markers up to the look-out, approximately 2km from the trailhead, with views of Simonsberg and Table Mountain in the distance. At the wine station, adults can taste four Muratie wines, while children receive juice. 🎖️

This is a relaxed outdoor experience rather than a race, making it suitable for walkers, hikers, wine lovers, families, social groups, visitors, and anyone wanting an active morning in the Stellenbosch outdoors. Participants should wear good closed walking shoes and bring water, a hat, snacks, and a jacket. 👟
