The Tanqua Kuru Bicycle Race 2026 is a unique 2-day gravel stage race set in the remote and breathtaking Tankwa Karoo, Western Cape. Now in its 6th year, this bucket-list cycling event combines challenging desert riding, immersive camp experiences, and a strong social atmosphere.
Riders can choose between a demanding long route or a slightly shorter (but still tough) option, followed by a second day of hard riding through rugged terrain, endless vistas, and iconic Karoo landscapes.

- Day 1: 113km (Long) or 59km (Medium)
- Day 2: 62km
- Multi-day stage race with shared overnight camp experience
