About The Fish Hoek Mile Swim | 2026
Cape Town
A classic 1.6km ocean mile from Clovelly Beach to the finish in front of Fish Hoek Surf Lifesaving Club. The event is a fundraiser for the club and includes a community drive to donate warm tops/blankets at the start. Swimmers may race in skins or wetsuit categories, must wear a brightly coloured cap, and juniors are welcome (U12s require LSA Level 2 Nipper). Family-friendly beachfront venue with easy access and lifesaving support on hand.
