The Save Orion Race 2026 takes place on Sunday, 1 November 2026, at Msunduzi Athletics Stadium in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Organised by Save Orion Athletic Club, this road running event brings together competitive athletes, recreational runners and families for an energetic morning of racing.
🌅 Participants can choose between a 21.1km Half Marathon, 10km Road Race and 5km Fun Run/Walk, offering options for experienced runners, developing athletes and those looking for a shorter community challenge.
