Whether you're a newbie trail runner or a seasoned adventure junkie, we have 2 route options for you, catering to all fitness levels. Routes and Distances: 5km Fun Run - Perfect for families and walkers starting around the dam, looping through the vineyards with an elevation of 110m. 10km Leg Loosener - Great for intermediate runners starting around the dam, heading for the hills with an elevation of 200m. 20km Lung Buster - Calling the seasoned runner looking for a challenge heading for the hills and flowing single track with an elevation of 300m. Registration: - from 6:00am (at Capaia) - Collect your race wristband & timing chip - Vehicle keys can be handed in for safe keeping (while you race) Online Pre-Entries open till Thursday before race day (or until sold out) Race start times: 20km - 7:00 10km - 7:50 5km - 8:00 LUCKY DRAW prizes to the value of R30,000 on offer! Event Timing The event will be timed by our Mobii timing system. Timing wristbands need to be handed back at the finish line (R200 replacement fee). We recommend pre-entering as we have limited number of wristbands for late entries.
