THE VINEYARD LABYRINTH:

• 14km | 525m - We will split into 3 or 4 pace groups. All levels welcome!
• 08:00 start
• Start and finish at Constantia Uitsig
• Ample safe parking available at the farm

BOOKINGS, BREAKFAST, WINE & DONATIONS

• These training run recces are free to attend. Limited to Cape Cobra race entrants. 150 max.
• You can choose to donate to the people who look after you and your mountain via the booking form.
• Support the wine farms by tasting the wines and ordering a breakfast bun.

POST-RUN VIBES

• Stick around for a bit after the run and engage with the sponsors that help make our race possible.
• Feel free to ask the organisers any questions you may have for race day.
• We will do merch handouts and spot prizes.
