Route- Ou Wa Pad to Constantia Nek | 17km | 3-4 hours

5 Pace groups: Beginner to Advanced (all welcome!)

Throughout the season we'll be hosting a series of limited-entry recce runs, giving you the opportunity to explore sections of the route before race day, build confidence on unfamiliar terrain and connect with the Cobra community. Each recce will be announced approximately one month in advance and will feature a different route, location, partner or experience.

This first recce is a special collaboration with Puffer.

• Park at the finish, catch the Mr. O bus to the start.
• Bus departs Constantia Nek at 06:30 sharp.
• Run starts from Ou Wa Pad at 07:00.

Whether you've entered for Cape Cobra, Puffer, both events, or simply curious about the routes, this is your chance to experience one of the most iconic sections of mountain running in the Cape!

POST-RUN VIBES
