ARC Irene Road Run/Walk | 2026

Join the ARC Irene Road Run/Walk, a friendly, accessible event open to all ages and non-club members, hosted at the Irene Athletics Clubhouse inside the Agricultural Research Centre (ARC) Irene in Centurion. No license is required, and race numbers are collected on the morning of the event — making it simple and stress-free to participate.

Choose between 3 km, 5 km, 10 km, 15 km, or 21 km distances, with affordable pre-entry fees starting from R60 and a small surcharge for on-the-day entries. Kids under 13 and adults over 60 pay only R50, with no extra charges.

All routes stay within the secure ARC Irene grounds and include marked routes, water tables, parking, medals, Vitality points, and venue access. Registration opens at 05:45, with a group start at 06:30, and flexible start times until 08:00 for shorter distances. The cutoff for all distances is 10:30.

A portion of medals can be donated toward the Make a Difference Campaign, supporting animal shelters through end-of-year fundraising.
