The Maverick Original Dorset | 2026

The Maverick Original Dorset invites runners to take on the rugged coastline of the Isle of Purbeck with three trail distances: 7km, 14km, and 23km. With steep climbs, technical terrain, and breathtaking views, this event challenges runners while highlighting the area's natural beauty. The course includes rocky paths and cliffside tracks, particularly on the middle and long routes. Water and nutrition outposts are available for the 14km and 23km distances, while all routes are fully marked and marshaled. This is a plastic-free event; runners must bring their own reusable bottles or cups. Dog entries are allowed with advance registration. Runners are encouraged to finish by 2 PM.
