A beginner‑friendly triathlon at Bishopton Lake featuring Sprint 750m (0.75km) swim, 27km cycle, 6km run and Olympic 1500m (1.5km) swim, 54km cycle, 12km run distances, plus Aquabike, Aquathlon, and Relay formats. Held at a shallow lake with fast, flat, spectator‑friendly course and full amenities.
